In my opinion the best way to lose fat is to cut down on the sugars carbs and fats because that what fat is. Sugars make carbs.Carbs make fat. Everyone selling fitness magazines and books wana make it seem like they have a new revolutionary idea but they probably dont.No telling what that book has in it tho.I wount know because they dont tell you anything about it because they just want you to buy it.I would sugjest eating less carbs sugars and fats and start running or any other physical activity and you should see progress.
