Mentions Glucosamine.

Might have to try that one. And work on the forum.

Tendonitis and the Effects on Your Routine

Bicep Tendonitis (JC)

Seems like after doing bicep barbell curls for some time, I' ve gotten myself a nasty case of tendonitis. Any suggestions on healing this? It' s so bad that I don' t even bother working biceps anymore. Just too painful. I might do the 20lbs but I used to do the 60-65lbs without a problem.

Maybe just let this injury heal? Any suggestions are appreciated.

-jc
