I used Jana Tana, upon a recommendation, but have nothing to compare it to. Seemed to work fine.

If the show is Saturday. Showerer early on Friday for the last time. Apply 3-4 coats on Fri and one more early on Sat.

Another tip. When oiling up, use it sparingly. It looks like you have nothing on backstage but when you get under the lights, its plenty. I made this mistake in my first show, just slopping it on. I looked like a lightbulb!

I heard Jan Tana was good stuff. I' ve recently started hearing (on this forum as well) that you can go to a tan salon and they do some spray thing on you that works really well.

That seems easier and preferable to having somebody try and tan you at home and have it streak.

Any recommendations on body stain? I need a brand that won' t steak and will keep me from drying out and itching.

Any tips on the brands or secrets to apply them would be appreciated as well.
