But now I will like to get back in football shape.  here is my profile &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  weight 350 &lt;br&gt;  Hight: 5'11 &lt;br&gt;  40: 5.6 &lt;br&gt;  cone: 7.3 &lt;br&gt;  225 rep: 30 &lt;br&gt;  squat:700  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  my goal is to lose 50lbs, get my 40 down to 5.2  and get my reps to 40. I will like to lose weight, get faster and get stronger.
