(abear)

mark tallon wrote a very good article on the bs thats going around about creatine absorption

Best-case scenario at a pH 7.0 solution (such as tap water) you will have 85% of the original creatine dose you placed in your drink at day 120. So anyone claiming a 100% breakdown of creatine in fluids, juices or similar liquids in minutes or seconds are pulling your chain, or more importantly your purse strings…don't be fooled!

RE: What are the worst supplements? Is this true or BS!

RE: What are the worst supplements? You might just be a non-responder, but even those types respond when creatine is taken after a workout.

RE: What are the worst supplements? (Bench270)

Cell tech worked for me! I took under half the dosage and gained 7 lbs, and put like 70 lbs on my bench in 3 months. And with the NOS products, I will take some soon and tell you what happens, but i have a suspicion that guys who get good muscle pumps and veins already from working out, will respond well to the vasodilator products. People who don't really get pumped up when they work out might be **** out of luck with that product.

RE: What are the worst supplements?
