(wheels)</title><description>  Parallel or 90 degrees.  Some go just a tiny bit below that.  Going much beyond is a recipe for trouble.  Too many people have told me they did low squats with heavy weight and paid later on. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I don' t even bother doing them with light weight really low.
