I really like muscle milk, but the problem with buying to supps at once is that muscle milk costs too ****in much! i mean 30 bucks for 15 servings! ahhhhhhh! itll drive me insane! lol. About how much is the whey from cytosport! Ill prolly try buying both at the same time once. and take my muscle milk once a day and my whey once a day on workout days and only muscle milk once a day on rest. But thx for the feedback. And damn muscle milk tastes GREAT! Right now Im on a bulking routine, and im eating right as far as im concerned. But id still like to know when or how many times a day I should take muscle milk. And when is the best time to take it? Right now Im taking it once on rest days and 2x on workout days, when i get back from the gym and before i go to sleep. I usually make it with either milk/water and a banana. Is this good? And also, ive searched a bunch of times for reviews on this product, but all the reviews talk about the taste and their favorite flavor. This ****in pisses me off cuz I dont care about what they think about the taste, I wanna know if it ****in works. Has anyone out there had good results with Muscle Milk?
