(JC)

2-3x a week is good. Don' t over do it. Abs are like any other muscle group. Subject to overtraining. 3 sets, weighted inclines. Sounds good. I notice that if I do more sets or train more often, that by the end of the week my abs are still a bit sore, not fully recovered, and I can' t do my best.

Some train abs daily but I feel that' s overtraining.

How Many Times a Week to Train Abs? (juggernaut)

 Hey guys..

Haven' t seen this post yet.. but I' m wondering how often to train my abs? I' ve been doing it about 4x a week. I just do 3 sets of incline, weighted crunches. Inbetween sets of whatever major bodypart I' m working.

So far, my abs feel sore. Truthfully, I never dedicated any time whatsoever to working out my abs before.

So I' m curious as to how often other people train them. I' ve heard things like calves and abs can be trained daily.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
