My goal was to put on some muscle and reach 170-180lbs. by June 30 and so far things aren' t going according to plan. I used to weigh 162 lbs and now I weight 155 lbs.I' m eating enough, but I worked real hard on my shoulders and back cuz those are the muscles I neglect most of the time. In 2-3 weeks I lost 7 lbs and gained half an inch in my arms and an inch in my chest, probably from my back but I' m looking good!
