(anaboliclettuce)

Yes, dextrose is a sugar that is contained in Splenda.

-- Splenda = Sucralose + Filler (Malto/Dextrose [oh, and the amount in one packet really is transient-- maybe 1,2 cals at the most]) --) Sucralose is a modified sugar (sucrose) molecule that becomes several hundred times sweeter than it was in its original form. As a result, only a minute amount of sucralose is used in Splenda (because it is so sweet), and the rest is filler. If I had to pick a sugar-substitute personally, I'd say Splenda is my artificial sweetener of choice. It's made from natural sugar, it ellicits only the most transient of insulin responses, and it has a nice sweet taste-- all in all, good stuff.

RE: Homemade Low-Carb Creatine? (anaboliclettuce)

Does anyone have a recipe for a homemade low carb creatine stack. The ones at the store are 40+ dollars and I am already spending a bunch on other supplements.
