I gained 10 pounds in just under 1 month, but after that they seemed to have lost their affect so i stopped using them but never lost the gains i had got from them. I would recommend them if you want to gain some weight fast.

RE: Oraly Administered Creatine (hcr250)

from personal experience, the pills dont work, they were alot cheaper to buy though, i got them at a pharmacy over the counter, the were like $16, they dont work, i cycled off them and went back to paying a litle more for the powder.

RE: Oraly Administered Creatine (jase)

Great read DanDan. The result is creatinine.

_____________________________

So what is the Liquid Resum that claims to be Creatine.
