(cpl)

Stick with the solid foods- Good ones. If you're already eating stuff that has little calories, why not switch that stuff out for some calorie heavy food? Sure, it's hard work preparing all that food, planning your meals and actually eating them- But nothing about gaining muscle is easy. Trust me, you'll get much better results with food rather than weight gainers.

RE: I need more cal. (apg96)

I have done that thing where u measure ur caloris in a day and i have noticed that i eat a good amount but alot of it has like no calories, so i am looking for something (like weight gainer) to add in with everything i eat to get an extra 1000 or so calories. Anyone know of anything? Also if it is a powder that needs to be added to a shake can u give me some recipes to make a good shake like the ones at jamba, bulka or juice stop?
