Yeah, I'd think so at least.

U should really take this stuff thats been out there a while called..."diet" though.

do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach(water is fine) then if u have the time wait 2 hours after cardio, this will help your body adapt/get used to using bf as fuel faster.

i'm currently on nitrix and i take freak fix from muscle asylum project. i want to start getting some abs and i heard arson can cut my fat down. is it ok to take nitrix and arson at the same time?
