The numbers are the labeled workouts on the poster that came with bowflex cant really give any info on those... &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Monday: Upper Body &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  ex: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11                                    x3 Sets &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Tuesday: Lower Body &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  ex: 8, 9, 10                                                          x4 Sets &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Wednesday: OFF &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  ex: NONE &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Thursday: Upper Body &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  ex: 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22               x2-3 Sets &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Friday: Lower Body &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  ex: 20, 21, 22, 23                                             x4 Sets &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  Saturday/Sunday: OFF &lt;br&gt;  ex: NONE &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=405963</link><pubDate>Mon, 14 Jul 2008 11:40:03 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
