(Jane)</title><description>  I pack n&amp;nbsp;freeze my meals.  &lt;br&gt;  Lunch is usually  &lt;br&gt;  veggies w/ chicken  &lt;br&gt;  veggies w/fish  &lt;br&gt;  veggies w/tuna salad &lt;br&gt;  or whatever I cook. (TheSilverFox)</title><description>  i lift in the evening. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  for lunch during a cut, i usually eat grilled chicken with 2 different vegetables..&amp;nbsp; OR, a 3 or 4 oz turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  during a bulk, i was eating ANYthing edible.&amp;nbsp; never really had vegetables due to my quick metabolism.. it's just useless food for the time being.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; i ate as much bread/pasta/meat as i possibly could without passing out/vomitting.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=405996</link><pubDate>Mon, 14 Jul 2008 12:01:13 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> RE: Lunch?
