If you can't eat cottage cheese, try mixing it with peanut butter and eating it till you get used to it or something. I used to hate cottage cheese also, but when I did that trick, I suddenly like it now? I don't shovel it in my mouth, but I eat a spoonful and spread it around, then swallow. I think that really helps the taste, haha.

I usually drink a cup of milk and some water before bed as well.
RE: bed time snack (zultan)

ORIGINAL: trubeginner

ORIGINAL: zultan

special k , frosted something or other

dont have suger before bed!!

as everyone else has said, casein and low carbs if any.

skimmed milk if you cant neck cottage cheese.

you can get the same results with cottage cheese as to buying casein IMO

Skimmed milk isn't low in carbs...

i know it isnt low in carbs, BUT its better than frosted w.e they were PLUS i said IF you cant neck cottage cheese, which i suggested in the first place.

end of the day ur not going to wake up fat if you drink milk r u.
RE: bed time snack (TheSilverFox)

ORIGINAL: RedJeep

ORIGINAL: TheSilverFox

ORIGINAL: jacked dude

is muscle milk good? Hence "skimmed". The term skimmed comes from waiting for the fat later to come to the top and skimming it off.
Milk % only determines the amount of fat. They do make milk with lower carbs but skimmed milk isnt lower carb.
RE: bed time snack (trubeginner)

ORIGINAL: zultan

special k , frosted something or other

dont have suger before bed!!

as everyone else has said, casein and low carbs if any.

skimmed milk if you cant neck cottage cheese.

you can get the same results with cottage cheese as to buying casein IMO

Skimmed milk isn't low in carbs...
RE: bed time snack (packers4)

Well thing is I'm in summer school from 10 to 1 and then I get home around 2 and eat right away. Usually I'll bring a nutrigrain bar or something and eat it when the teacher is writing o nthe board though.

Also eating breakfast at 10 isn't really that bad because thats like 20 min after I get up and I'm going to start taking cassein shakes before bed so I should be fine till breakfast.

RE: bed time snack (packers4)

Wow...I just tried to force myuself to have cottage cheese again and I felt like puking.
