I would get powder over pills (more for your money). I like xtend, universal bcaa powder, ON bcaa powder(tastes bad, need to mix with something).

I usually make a pre-during WO drink with my bcaa and other products in it.

inspired by the article just posted i feel a fool for not having them already, jumping onto ebay seein far too many brands can i have a recomendation please

i want a good quality product

and i dont know if they come in powders or caps which ever is best lol.
