(Squirrel Pilot)</title><description>  Which training frequency works better for building muscle: 3-, 4-, 5-, or 6-DAY training routines?  &lt;br&gt;  Edit: The reason i ask is because i've heard that less training but harder workouts gives time for your muscles to rest while training lighter but more frequently can be better for endurance, and many more rumors that are contradictory to each other.
