Both do have some carbs from sugar (less in cottage cheese). &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  If you are going to buy the ON, then get chocolate and mix it with milk. It does this because it becomes gooey(for lack of better word) in your gut. But I take fat with it to try and slow down the digestion even more to help me get the other 2 hours of nutrition I need while sleeping.
