take what i posted. when i mix it, it mixes very well, and i have no problems with grittness.

It's cheaper than a lot of plain mono and its micronized

$25 bucks isn't a little more, most mono's sell between 12.99 and 16.99. It is almost double the price. Imagine if the original price was like 60 bucks like some other supps....would you buy the one for 120 a month to get rid of the grit?

Yea $25 is steep. I'll just take the grit and buy my $13 mono.

No, but I would spend $8 more for something that doesn't cause my stomach to go nuts and then bloat up my abdomen, and also doesn't get gritty.

Micronized doesn't get gritty or sink to the bottom. That's why I get it.

I work at GNC and don't buy anything there unless I ask the manager to let me buy it for the store's cost.

Does micronized cost more than mono?

I don't buy anything in GNC unless it's on ridiculous sale. And yea most of the salespeople there don't know anything. And plain creatine mono you can just get at wally world anyway.

the guy that worked at GNC was embarassed......you know you walk in and they ask you if they can help you with anything, and i just said "no, i'm just here looking for some creatine".....

he went on to tell me about this liquid caps, and i said "you know that just turns to creatinine, and is excreted by the body." he tried to argue with me for 10 minutes telling me it was better because it was liquid and it's absorbed by the body faster.

it's embarassing when you go in there and know more than the employee

but yea, i don't know if it's any good, we shall see
