You didn't post the one thing that people would have a problem with, the price tag. As you continue to educate yourself on supplementation you will find that many lifters don't trust GNC for the way they rape our bank accounts.

I encourage you to keep reading these boards and continue to learn.
Max Protein (kris142)

My mom and I went into GNC looking for something I would actually like as a protein shake and be right for me. Well out of no where the employee was being polite and asked us questions and found a shake he thought would be right for me. I tried it and its the only shake that I'm satisfied with for the Taste Factor. He also implied that it's their best selling shake So we went ahead and bought it. I was wondering what you guys think of this shake. Did you like the results?

total fat: 2g
sat: 1g
Cholesterol: 24mg
Sodium 48mg
Total Carb: 3g
Sugars: 1g
Protein: 22g
Calcium: 170mg
Potassium: 95mg
Vit A:50%
Zinc: 60%
Thaimin: 50%
Naicin: 50%
Folate: 50%
Biotin: 50%
Phosphorus: 45%
Magnesium: 45%
Copper: 50%
Magnese: 90%
Vit C: 50%
Vit E: 50%
Chromium: 100%
Riboflavin: 60%
Vit b6: 60%
Vit b12: 100%
Pantothenic acid: 60%
Iodine: 100%
Molybdenum: 100%
Selenium: 60%
