I dunno if that's a lot for some people, but it looks awesome to me.

RE: couple of random questions (boomersooner1331)

ORIGINAL: kanita

ahhh oh man. HIIT 6 days a week? erms lol i do weights like 4 days and HIIT like 3 max, and even then I dont do it for more than 20. BUt i do it intense mwahahha.
n yaa. janes post helped me a LOT. veryy good. thanks so much guys.

and okay i posted one pic, only one i cud find in my inbox n i know u cant really tell me shape behind an adidas tshirt lol but i dont wanna do any bikini pics or w.e lol

the whole 20-25 thing wasnt even my idea.. it was my consultant at the gym. she said i would look my best around that weight with 8 lbs of muscle so together 135-25= 115
+ 8 lbs of fat would be around 123. Thats a decent goal right.

i'd say do HIIT 3 days a week, and long distance once. like 30-40 minutes just walking on a treadmill, or an elliptical. making a good diet for yourself is key though, just make sure you have that down as your #1 priority
RE: couple of random questions (IwillMakeIt)

ORIGINAL: jonb112303

u look fine to me lol, pretty too! haha

x 2 but i know we all have our own issues of self image.... but good luck seems like you got some great advice out of jane and jon. I would say though that fruits are okay in the morning but i dont know if it would be ideal for a lady post workout.. but neways try out both ways and see what the best results are for you.
RE: couple of random questions (kanita)

lol aw thanks but no trust me. thrs fat under the shirt.. loooookkk veeeeeerryy closelyyy! lol just kidding u cant rlly see ne much i dont think.
RE: couple of random questions (jonb112303)

u look fine to me lol, pretty too! haha
