It seems to be a common problem with supplements and a bulk diet. I've tried some charcoal and papya extracts but they don't seem to work.  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  I used to just laugh it off and not think much of it, but now i've realised I think it could be a a bit more of a serious problem. I don't want to give up my diet/supplements or my lifestyle just so I can stop giving off offensive gas. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;    &lt;br&gt;  I did come across something on the net though which might help you. They are called shreddies, they are underwear with a charcoal filter in them.
