What is animal flex, and do you see an added benefit over the original Animal pak?

Animal flex is a joint supplement. I have found that I am not as sore in my joints after real heavy days, expecially deads and squats. I need to be more consitent with taking it though to be positive.
It is fairly cheap for 44 packs and if you have joint pain I would say it is worth a shot.

yo i have mad elbow pain when im workin my tris and my tris are lagging behind cuz i cant work them to the extent i want to.....

animal flex would cure this?:D
RE: best multivitamin? I would do M-stak if anything. I thought it was an ok product.

Then get just a tribulus supp. I dont know how much it will do for you, might have more energy but I doubt your test is low.
RE: best multivitamin?
