(mad_rx2)

I buy wpi in bulk, so it ends up being pretty cheap.
i take one in the morning just before breakfast(with a cup of milK and a cup of oats) , *23g protien per serving...another shake at morning tea with 1/2cup of oats and a banana.
for lunch i just have 2 sandwhiches with wholemeal bread, plenty of meat(150ish grams) then for afternoon tea, 3 scrambled eggs and an apple. Before my workout i have 2 slices of multigrain toast and one serving of wpi in a shake and a coffee. after my workout ill have 2 servings of wpi which is about 46g of protien. Dinner, steak and vegies etc, and caesain before bed 25g with a multivitamin

In the last 2 months I have noticed it does work. I used to have one serving in the morning and one post workout and I had no where near as many gains. with the same normal meals, just more wpi, i have put on 10kg of lean mass in the last 2 months!!! It could just be my body type but fast digesting protien throughtout the day will ensure your muscles will not be starved whatsoever. better to much than no enough

RE: How much protein.. I wouldnt take in less than 30 PWO so maybe the 1/2 scoop is a waste, but I dont really care. Any other time though I wouldnt go over 1 scoop, just post WO. Also If i am going to eat soon after my shake then I only take one, if I will wait a few hours then I take two.

that's something that can be fixed to save you a lot of money on protein powder.

if you jsut take 1, and eat something right after too, you can get your protein and carbs.....the two things you need after a workout

lol, well its money either way, I dont really care if it is a chicken breast or a scoop of protein, either way I will get my 40 g of protein postWO but I would rather get it quickly which is why I take whey in the first place.
RE: How much protein.. (packers4)

Ok so for the past 8 months or so I've been taking generic protein from some no name brand but it had 45 grams of protein. I decided it was time to get 100% Whey. THe only thing is it has 25 grams of protein. Should I take 2 scoops when I need it most like upon waking up and after working out or is 1 scoop enough?
