(SJM14)

Well, I am a long time reader on this form, first time posting(just really never felt the need to post). But In a few days i will have to go a whole day without eating any whole foods or foods basically. The only thing I am aloud to consume are, fruit juice, water, jello, chicken brooth and that about it. I can only have that the whole day with no foods. If your wondering why, well my doctor has me going in for a minnor procedure due to heath matters. But im really wondering if this will have a major affect on my muscle growth at status. I am gussing it will even if it is one whole day because i wont be having any protein the whole day. I have been bodybuilding for a little over a year now so im seriously thinking this is ganna destroy me because ive been on such a stright diet over the year. I also am not going to the gym that day because im gussing im ganna be dead tierd because i wont have any thing to keep me going but crapey sugar carbs. Please help me out, im really in need for some answers and suggestions, anything would be great!
