(MDClifter)</title><description>  Going through my notes looks like I got 2 sets of 10 reps at the beginning of the year when I was about 40 lbs. heavier (mainly fat). Be curious to see how many times I can rep it after I'm done with this strength routine I'm doing. I'm hoping to hit 300 1RM on the bench at 160lbs. BW after I'm done with this routine. We'll see.
