(Neutralyze)</title><description>  Ive been going to my current gym for two years.&amp;nbsp; during that time i think i have seen maybe 4 people ever do deadlifts and about&amp;nbsp;10 people do squats.&amp;nbsp; out of the 10 people who do squats only 2 do them correctly.&amp;nbsp; i even walked over to the guy doing quarter squats on the smith machine(lol) and told him everything he did wrong.&amp;nbsp; It was just far too painful to watch!&amp;nbsp; i felt my knees breaking.... &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  I talked to him and showed him how to properly do the squat.&amp;nbsp; he hten tried to do the same weight he was doing with 1/4 squats&amp;nbsp; and after one rep removed a ton of the weight.&amp;nbsp; i then pointed him&amp;nbsp;to the squat rack over the smith machine.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=400178</link><pubDate>Wed, 02 Jul 2008 09:54:54 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> RE: i can bench my bodyweight! BODY weight x 10 reps... or 185 pounds max.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; either one is a decent reasonable goal that you CAN reach if you stay with it. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  also.. don't neglect your legs.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; train every muscle, especially your legs.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; don't neglect them. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  and twisted.&amp;nbsp; wow.. i'm shocked at your BP.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; seriously..&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; you sound like the complete opposite of me.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; i neglected my legs.. and it almost sounds like you halfway neglect your chest just b/c you don't care (i didn't care about my legs) &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  either way.. i think we need to morph our bodies together and then clone it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; that would be a beastly clone.&amp;nbsp; big strong UPPER AND LOWER bodies, and the best part.. is it would be lean. &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  whadda ya say... since it was my idea, i'm willing to do a 60/40 split on the profits here.
