THANKS AND MUCH LOVE!&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;been lifting&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt; :14 months- 6 months was slacking ,&amp;nbsp;5 months mostly serious , the rest very serious &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;start weight&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; : 145-150lbs( the year before i started lifting i went down from 140 to 120 because of stress causing me to eat nearly nothing for almost a year, then starting eating anything and everything to put weight back on which may be the cause of some of my B.F AND STRETCH MARKS) &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;current weight&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt; : 175-180lbs &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;body fat %&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt; : unknown , not too high , i would say im above 10% but not much more im guessing but im not fat , im just bulky! &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;height &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;5'11-6'0 feet &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;diet&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt; : poor , mostly junk , lots of carbs &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;supplements&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; : monster maxx(weight gainer) 1500 cal , 85g of protein , 215 g carbs / 2 shakes &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;long term goal :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt; to be a cut 190-200lbs( not sure what to bulk to in order to cut to that weight?) &lt;br&gt;  &lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;short term goal&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;: &lt;br&gt;  im going to vegas&amp;nbsp; at the end of august&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; and i want some more definition! . i&amp;nbsp; usually do&amp;nbsp; reps 8-10 for size gain and once in awhile heavy 4-6 to gain some strength for a couple weeks. which has caused me to be bulky&amp;nbsp; which hahahah is ok cuz im "bulking" when i go to vegas i wanna look more defined and good&amp;nbsp; my friends no i have been lifting for a year and have never seen me shirtless since , i dont wanna look chunky .i want to&amp;nbsp;get those abs showing through , i need to lower my body fat alittle , but dont want to cut by&amp;nbsp;cardio&amp;nbsp;because i dont want to loose any muscle mass and i intend on continuing to bulk until next spring. so i was wondering if i clean up my diet realllly good , no junk what so ever ... besides the occasional ice tea or pop.&amp;nbsp; and maybe 4-5 weeks before i go i switch reps to 12-15 to tone up will this do it????? &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;other annoying problems that i could use advice on&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt; : i have bad stretch marks , most people seem to get them&amp;nbsp; between there shoulder and chest , i have mine right on top of my biceps and they look gross , im not even big and they seem to keep coming . im almost afraid&amp;nbsp; to get any bigger!? anything i can do about it? &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  also my shoulder lag so much , narrow shoulders run in the family and i want big defined shoudlers ,&amp;nbsp; my bis tris and getting big altho not defined enough to make me happy , but if i get my shoulders big will it make my bis and tris pop more??????????? cuz my arms look big , but have no shoulders , so its almost like i just have fat arms!? right where my shoulders and bis meet theres&amp;nbsp;a tiny layer or whats either flab or water which i wanna get rid of&amp;nbsp;:S im so frustrated! so my arms are bulky , if they were ripped at the size they are now id be happy , how do i lose that tiny layer of fat/water , . &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  when i get home fromt he gym and im pumped u can tell i work out ( im bulky remember) but when im not , i almost looked flabby , if i could stay pumped id look rgeat all the time&amp;nbsp;i mean u can see alittle def in my muscles so i know its muscle with a thin layer of flab .. i have love handles&amp;nbsp; which drive me nuts. i need my pecs to pop and love handles to leave , can this be handled through diet? without cardio cutting? &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=398179</link><pubDate>Sat, 28 Jun 2008 14:12:15 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
