I do not even recommend ice cream all day long.

The meal contains A LOT of sugar, and does not contain high quality protein. Peanut butter is consumed more for the good fats in it, not because of the protein content. They are full of sugar, and the protein content is not very much, even though it is casein based.

If you can find a good yoghurt, I think you would be better off.

Or, if you can't stand cottage cheese, why not eat boiled eggs, or lean meats before bed. I believe those things are digested slowly as well.

Do not drop the peanut butter though. However, make sure you get the 100% natural ones.
RE: ice cream + peanut butter + banana (egsbike)

so would it be better to switch to a like yogurt instead?

ORIGINAL: trubeginner

ORIGINAL: David1991

ice cream? obviously not the best option, are u an ecto?

Even if he's an ecto, I would not recommend it to him.

I'm surprised noone is going "whoa, don't eat that" and stuffs.

IMO, that kind of meal is very very bad for before bed.
