Then there are people who just want to be big, and have doing it the steroid-free way, but have reached a plateau, and instead of taking a step back and look at their nuitrition and training, they look to steroids and then get hooked. Then there are the people who don't and WON'T do steroids. They will push themselves to the limits to make themselves grow naturally.

I'd like to think the majority of people who lift are in the WON'T category, but in reality, it's probably the people who have plateaued and are too impatient to see what they can do to produce results.

Don't get me wrong, we all have our limits as to how much muscle our bodies are geneticly able to build. I will never judge anyone who uses steroids. What they do with their life is their own business. I don't see anyone as a bad person if they choose to, just don't expect to earn respect that way.

RE: unhealthy stuff (8pack)

yea i meant bodybuilders...i didnt wanna say bodybuilders because most of them try to get huge

RE: unhealthy stuff (cpl)

I don't have a percentage for you- But remember, steroids and PHs are primarily a bodybuilding/athletic thing. I don't think most people who are just into looking after their bodies are at all interested in that stuff.

unhealthy stuff (8pack)

dumb question but i feel like too many people get too into this....

Anyone have any clue what percent of the people that like to "look out for their body" get too into it and start using steroids or ph's??

For some reason it really feels like more people use bad stuff then the people that dont
