﻿<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><rss version="2.0"><channel><title>new diet opinions needed</title><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/</link><description /><copyright>(c) DiscussBodybuilding.com</copyright><ttl>30</ttl><item><title> new diet opinions needed (bagelsdt)</title><description>  well my sched is completely changing starting thursday, im going to be working 730-4 instead of 4-8 ( sucks i know ) for the next 3 months &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  but i do look at it as chance to really make my diet work, get myself into an every day&amp;nbsp;routine..&amp;nbsp;i wont be sleeping 12-14 hours a day and completely missing meals as often as i do. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  so anyways this is what i was thinking ( not an every day thing ofcourse but just an example, gotta switch up the meals once and a while ) &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  7:30  &lt;br&gt;  6-8 egg whites ( probably hard boiled just because its easier ) &lt;br&gt;  1/2 scoop of whey protein and low sugar oatmeal or 2 slices of wheat bread and a glass of skim milk &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  9:30  &lt;br&gt;  scoop of whey with water &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  12:30  &lt;br&gt;  whole wheat pasta &lt;br&gt;  can of tuna &lt;br&gt;  maybe some low fat yogurt &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  2:30  &lt;br&gt;  5-6 oz chicken breast &lt;br&gt;  2 slices of wheat bread &lt;br&gt;  cup of brocoli &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  4:00 &lt;br&gt;  pre workout supplements &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  6:30ish &lt;br&gt;  post workout scoop of whey protein w/ water &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  7:00  &lt;br&gt;  steak/ whole grain pasta/vegie &lt;br&gt;  or &lt;br&gt;  chicken salad &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  10:30ish &lt;br&gt;  low fat cottage cheese &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  right now im about 198, trying to cut a few more lbs and then slow bulk for the summer &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=393995</link><pubDate>Mon, 16 Jun 2008 18:01:06 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
