This stuf is so good! its a little pricey but its worth it. the only thing im not sure about is if i can substitute this for cottege cheese at night? Im kinda geting sick of cottege cheese and this seems like the same thing just taste better. Here are the nutrition facts.. 1 container... 130 cals 30 from fat , 2g sat, 7g carb, 17g Protein! .... Its cultured milk just like cottege cheeese so whats the difference?!? Any input would be great!

Greek yogurt is incredible. I get ****e 2%. The best thing to do is to put some stevia, dash of cinnamon and some room temp. natural pb and stir until mixed....serisouly orgasmic. You could also put in some raw unheated unfiltered honey intstead of the stevia which is even better, but hard to find. I have been eating it instead of cottage cheese for over a month now

It's censored cause it says f--a--g. Yeah greek yogurt is nothing special IMO. I've had it before but I would just as soon eat cottage cheese. I like to put cinnamon in the cottage cheese and it makes for a good snack.

RE: New fav.
