(trubeginner)

Boil some fish (around 100-130g). Do not add any seasoning into it.
Put the boiled fish in two slices of wholewheat bread.
Add a super-slim cheese in between.

The cheese will start to melt because of the hot fish. Good taste, and very heatlhy.
Add the fish if you need more protein.
RE: A good healthy breakfast? (thsfootball1)

This morning I tried a cup of milk, a scoop of MM, a spoon of peanut butter, a few hints of wheat germ, and a banana.
It was somewhere around 400 calories and about 40 something grams of protein, and a pretty good taste to go along with it
RE: A good healthy breakfast? I'm sure MM will be fine, but it might not taste the best, but MM tastes great, so maybe.

To the OP, all your lifts are double mine, haha.

The banana normally helps keep the oats from sinking, you arnt cooking the oats are you? and just dont let it sit for a long time and it wont sink, or use less liquid.

Nah I put them in there raw.

And I can def taste the whey, that flavor sticks out more than anything.
RE: A good healthy breakfast?
