I workout on Mondays, Wednsdays, and Fridays. I usually run on Tuesdays and Thursdays and do some light lifting after I run. I was wondering if I should be taking muscle milk at night before I go to bed on the weekends even if im still not working out? Will this do any good for me? Also if I should be taking it before and after on days I do my running.
