(zultan)</title><description>  what boomersooner was sayin is that some creatines say twice a day some say once. if once, then take pre workout. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  majority say twice, in which case before and after wo. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  altho might i add, it is only to get it into your "system" altho some you will not get an instant "boost" if you take it minutes before a workout. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  you take it in small doeses then bigger ones to get it into your system over time for it to start taking affect. if you notice it doesnt do anything for maybe a week or so untill your body adapts to it. &lt;br&gt;   </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=405413</link><pubDate>Sun, 13 Jul 2008 09:28:24 GMT</pubDate></item><item><title> RE: How do I take these in order? Also is there a purpose to be taking any weight gainer? I am not to familiar with the stuff, friends have told me that you dont need both weight gainer and protein shake. Take one or the other? This true?
