(MDClifter)</title><description>  Imo, its the sugar that's the problem. Insulin spike with little to no nutrional value. You should have some carbs in the morning to get you going. I'd recommend Oatmeal or Kashi cereal and then some egg whites for protein. Hard boil a bunch one night and then you can refrigerate them and eat them all week or whatever. Oatmeal or cereal doesn't take long at all to prepare and eat.
