have you looked at GNC? the GNC around here has both of them. If the GNC where you live doesn't have them, then try vitamin shoppe.

but i'm assuming you know what they both do. if you can't find them in the stores, i know they have them for really low prices on the internet

yeh cheers i got them now. they were only a £1 each at my local health store.

yeh i dont know anything bout body fat % but im starting to see my ab muscles come through. but im far from ripped.

prob 2 months away.

this is my first cut. ive seen somewere else on the forum about how one of you guys cuts. i saw these two suppliments and went out to buy them yesterday and come bak to the post to see wen to take them and wat food to have on the keto diet.

I CANNOT FIND THE POST AGAIN ANYWERE. and its driving me insane.

so ive got them two and some fish oils. as far as i remember i already had everything else.

care to help me out here anyone?

lmao! im pretty tall as far as people go i think and ive got massive shoulders. im naturally big to start off with lol.

that link is useful. but wasnt the one i was thinking of. it myt well of been boomsooner or w.e his name is. he seems to be the suppliment expert.

no worries if we cant find it. but i want to start this diet asap!

and ive got the stuff now. just dont know what to do with them!
