(Jane)

This recipe is from Kay Sheppard "The Loop" message board.

4 - 15oz cans tomato sauce
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. allspice
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. ginger (powder)
2 Tbsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
1/4 c minced garlic (the kind in the jar)
1/3 c dried minced onion flakes
1/3 c yellow mustard
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1 - 26oz jar Sam's Choice Mild Salsa

Run it thru the blender - or not, depending on the texture you prefer
The ketchup recipe says to cook it - but I didn't and it's fine.
Store it in the fridge.
It makes about a gallon.

Like everything else, 2 Tbsp. = 1 condiment

there are all kinds of condiment recipes. some are good some are funky and some I have yet to try.
Anyone have a good BBQ sauce recipe?
