Can't tell for shoulders, but it looks bigger and my arms grew a cm.

I'm an ecto btw, so I doubt I gained much fat, haha. I've gained like 6 lbs in 7 or so weeks, but my arms progressed terribly (only grew a cm). I'm gonna start bringing some food to the gym and seeing how that goes. I really don't wanna drink my whey shake when it's cold though, haha.
RE: post workout whey with food and other liquids. (boomersooner1331)

it is not wise to wait so long after your workout to get food in you

after you work out, your body is in the worst catabolic state possible, and your muscles are hungry for whatever you got, so they immediatly start taking whatever you have

you need to calculate the number of carbs and protein you need based on your forced reps per workout and eat that exact amount.

but like i said, you need to have something for your muscles to gobble up, or they will begin breaking down
RE: post workout whey with food and other liquids.
