Should I try making my body go past that point? &lt;br&gt;  &lt;/blockquote&gt;  &lt;br&gt;  To bulk or to cut is actually up to the person himself/herself. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  If you lift and play sport that does not allow you to be too bulky, such as basketball, you might not want to bulk until you are too "big". &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  On the other hand, if you play sport that obliges you to be big, such as rugby, you do not need to cut early in the process. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  &lt;b&gt;&lt;i&gt;Personally&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/b&gt;, I would not continue to bulk if I passed the 15-16% of BF.
