(determined58)

yeah u and he could take it. But in my opinion either

A. use Whey protein before and after. (Cheaper and basically a standard)

B.use Whey before and MM after (more expensive but the carbs and whey AND caesin afterward will do you some good)

C.use MM before and after. (I've known people who do this and even drink it during but its just real expensive, might want to take the before serving 30 or more minutes over.

also if you can aford it take caesin protein before be. Or eat cottage cheese. (Caesin tastes like crap but its easier and cheaper if I did my math right)

I like option A best just make sure you take about 20grms pre and about 40 grms protein after. Also take in some fast carbs after ex. Gatorade, white breads, white bagels, **** downin' sugar itself wouldn't be a prob. (just don't take too much. Not real sure what the right amount is i've never been real picky)

Later on if u want u can start experimenting with NOS prods.,creatines, and all sorts of fancy ****.

Make sure though u keep a clean diet, take Multi's, and follow good program instead of just some chuckin' iron around doing what you've seen in the movies .

MM tastes great I've never known any1 to disagree but I use it more as a snack/inbetween meal replacement. Try blending it with some different stuff like fruits and yogurts. Some more knowlegable guys on here have said that the fats are good ones so it shouldn't make u gain alot of BF.

Also, Myself and others have agreed that if u don't like any type of their chocolate type of flavors u probably won't like the others. I recomend Blueberries and cream. And Dreamscicle or maybe its Oranges and Cream. Whatever it is its ORANGE

there I'll get out of your face. Next time post in the supplement section not supplement reviews you'll get smarter replies.( I did the same thing to when I started, LOTS of people have)
RE: Muscle Milk?
