(TheSilverFox)</title><description>  he's wasting time IMO.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; after 1 warmup set for flatbench, you should be good to go for ALL of your chest lifts.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; granted, you probably don't want to throw a HUGE load of weight on your first set of a new lift (ex - decline) but i agree with you.... &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  1 warmup set is sufficient,&amp;nbsp; and after 3 sets of heavy chest.. (gah925)</title><description>  i went and lifted with my friend yesterday and tried his routine and he did chest/tris and for chest he does  &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  1 warm up flat bench set for 10 reps &lt;br&gt;  3 flat bench sets for 6 reps each &lt;br&gt;  1 warm up decline bench set for 10 reps &lt;br&gt;  3 decline bench sets for 6 reps each &lt;br&gt;  1 warm up incline bench set for 10 reps &lt;br&gt;  3 incline bench sets for 6 reps each &lt;br&gt;  1 warm up cable fly set for 10 reps &lt;br&gt;  3 cable fly sets for 6 reps each &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  1 warm up skullcrunchers set for 10 reps &lt;br&gt;  3 skullcruncher sets for 6 reps each &lt;br&gt;  1 warm up pulldown set for 10 reps &lt;br&gt;  3 pulldown sets for 6 reps each &lt;br&gt;  1 warm up set of dips for 10 reps &lt;br&gt;  3 sets of dips for 6 reps each &lt;br&gt;   &lt;br&gt;  is all of this work necessary? are all the sets and reps necessary? </description><link>http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=389410</link><pubDate>Tue, 03 Jun 2008 09:29:06 GMT</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
