(twistedlink)

haha I cant remember whether veggeep meant cooked or not, 2.2lbs isnt that heavy, im sure most of our meals including water etc racks up a good 3-4lbs so eating 6lbs of pasta for a heavy eater doesnt sound too bad...

I eat 300 grams dry, and with the tuna sweetcorn and cucumber im usually satisfied/satiated from it.

1kg of just pasta (like veggeep did) i could probably handle if like i said i was hungry after a workout.

Hell after workouts i buy sandwhiches from tescos

Mainly chicken ones with other healthy stuff

550 calories per sandwhich packet, i can easily eat through 4 of them buggers (2000 calories) and still be hungry.
RE: How long does it take you to eat? MMMMMMMMMMMMMM bring on the FOOD!

RE: How long does it take you to eat? TBH 300 grams is probably pushing it, i never measure it out i get 3kg bags and have a 10th each time or thereabouts so it might be only 250 grams, but yeah, quite a bit.

And 300 grams isnt a terrible amount, veggeep was stating how he ate 1kg (2.2lbs) of pasta in one meal, and i can join him on that, its not difficult per se if youre hungry from working out.

damn i can eat like crazy, especially considering my bodies only used to about an average of 2600 calories or so, but thats a ridiculous amount. I guess after eating huge meals for so long ur body gets used to it but 2.2lb. of dry pasta (u meant dry right?) comes out to probably at least 6.6lb. of pasta when cooked

RE: How long does it take you to eat? (twistedlink)

300 grams pasta with 2 tins tuna and 1 tin of sweetcorn and half a sliced up cucumber i can eat in about 3-5 minutes, but pastas hard to get down, when im eating chicken in gravy with vegges and healthy carbs i can get that stuff down in 2, i dont like waiting around...I dont even feel like im eating fast...Chicken is like 5 bites, if that, vegetables can be eaten in like 30 seconds unless theyre tiny little smushy things, i however steam big portions of brocolli/cauli/carrot etc so i can get it down fast and carbs i usually have mash potato or something...which all goes down seriously easy lol.

RE: How long does it take you to eat?
