Alright. Awesome. And when they say its Micronized, what exactly does that mean?

Smaller particles so it is better absorbed. I dont know how much more effective it is because I always stick to regular mono.

creatine has no effect on hormones. It was not the cause of your acne.

Creatine Mono, cheaper and the only one proven effective. Much more info about it and much more studied.

a few of my friends have taken purple k. they gained weight and there strength increased greatly. at least thats what they toldme

What's the difference? Is one better than the other or no? I've been wanting to go on one of these for awhile, but I really don't know what the differences are. Recommendations?
