I Enjoy Both Products Very Much. Vapor Is A Good Product And I Take It About 15-20 Minutes Before I Lift. It Gives Me A Great Pump. I Usually Feel Like Fighting When I Take It. In Between Sets I Get Some Out On The Punching Bag. I Take It On An Empty Stomach And Then Take The Mass Tech Imediately After. The Only Thing I Can Say Bad About The Products So Far Is At First I Would Feel A Little Sick After My Workout With NaNo Vapor And It Tastes Horrible . . . I Hate Forcing It Down But Its Worth It. Mass Tech Strawberry Was Gross Until I Threw A Banana In With It. But i started taking them last tuesday. I went through the loading phase with cell-tech, 2 scoops in the mornin, and 2 scoops after a workout. Then id take nano vapor b4 my workout, and quickmass in the morning and a bit after my workout &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  Since my workout is in the morning im taking alot of supplements in a short period of time. I found since the very first day i started the stack till now, i have felt very sick while working out. Sometimes i would have to stop in the middle of a set so i wouldnt puke. The stack really upset my stomach in every way possible, i have no way of telling which sup did it but it was baddd lol. &lt;br&gt;  &amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;  In terms of effectivenessi cant say much because the 3.4 lbs thing of cell tech only lasted me 8 days and the same with the quickmass. The nano vapor i still have quite a bit left. I think the cell tech had some ffect because some of mylifts did increase, and it sounds stupid but to me i look more bulked in the mirror.
