If the link doesn't work, let me know and I'll figure something out. I have not done much with the site besides keep track of my weight so far, but all of the V-Diet pics are there. I only took front-relaxed pics for whatever reason, but whatever. I do not notice as much change in the pictures as I do in real life, but still, I did not get the results that I was expecting. Maybe I was expecting too much from it but I feel like I lost a lot of strength and didn't lose enough fat, especially around my belly.

About 1/2 way through the diet I was feeling pretty miserable and very anti-social. I was really pissed off all of the time and I was just un-motivated with everything, especially lifting b/c I was not improving with weights, which is one of the main things that I use to keep me motivated. Of course, it was very socially restricting since I could not eat food, but I still went out with my friends to movies and restaurants, I just brought a couple of shakes and some fish oil. That was kind of tough sometimes, but I purposely put myself in that situation to test my willpower and discipline, and I didn't give in which I am proud of.

My first meal on Tuesday was some chicken, peppers, onions, garlic, mushrooms, and eggs, and it was glorious. I am trying to transition into the Anabolic Diet right now, so I am eating a lot of protein and fats, but I'm still only at 2 meals a day, so I'm not eating too much yet.

One suggestion that I have that my help is to start taking your Hot-rox about 1 to 1 1/2 weeks in advance of the V-Diet so you will be fully acclaimated to it and taking 4 a day during the entire thing. I had to go about 1 1/2 weeks before I was taking 4 a day without feeling anxious after the morning dose.

Anyway, I'll gladly answer any questions that you might have. Thanks for the support!
RE: The Danimal's Velocity Diet (TheSilverFox)

well.. you're done with the diet, so i hope you took pictures before you went and pigged out for 3 days on solid foods haha. that's probably what you've been doing right?

ready to see those pictures bro. and also.. what was the first thing you ate, and how did it taste?

RE: The Danimal's Velocity Diet (David1991)

ORIGINAL: the Danimal

Yes, I am still trying to lose fat. I may have had too high of expectations for the v-diet, but I am not as ripped as I had expected. Also, this diet can be used for bulking (as I understand) so there would be a smooth transition and I could just change it into my lifestyle (if that makes sense). I saw that you said you have some suggestions for the last guy who posted a thread about the AD and I was going to ask you after I have finished looking things over. Also, I thought that instead of 3-4 weeks with no carbs I would be able to go 1-2 since I have been on the v-diet for 4 weeks, plus the 1-2 week transition period where I won't have many carbs. What do you think?

on the AD u only go the first 2 weeks without a carb up anyway. i'm not completely sure how u would transition from teh v-diet to the AD diet but the 2 week initial phase of keto/AD seems like it would be a good transition from the v-diet. once u start ur thread about it i'll be happy to help u out with it. let me know when u do though cause i generally dont look in the online journal section unless i'm "subscribed" to a thread in it and get some email telling me a reply is made.
RE: The Danimal's Velocity Diet (TheSilverFox)

congrats on finishing the diet bro. i knew you could do it.. but it was going to take some willpower. post up pics as soon as you get a chance.

RE: The Danimal's Velocity Diet (the Danimal)
