(lightning5)

I train straight after work, probably around 6 p.m. to 7 and my house is nearby so my postworkout meal is the same as my dinner (meal #5). Normally this would be a chicken breast and a salad, pasta or an egg omelet. I probably eat this at 7:30 and got to bed quiet satisfied around 9:30. I don´t know if I could eat another big meal as those mentioned but will give the cottage cheese a try, hopefully i won´t feel so full that i can´t go to bed. Whenever I had stayed up late working I would normally have some oatmeal.

¿How much time apart is there from your last meal and going to sleep?
RE: Whats your last meal of the day? (vdk_au)

ORIGINAL: twistedlink

I know, and im just trying to point out to you that from your C my P pictures youre not fat, and you do need to bulk up some muscle, if you see a "fat gain" on the caliper it could be 1mm of wrong measuring, just 1 damn milimetre and you think youve gained fat.

Eat big (for you) life big, and youll get to a nice 175-190lbs at 5'11", once you reach that weight, THEN you can start thinking about perfecting a diet whereby you need to stay cut and gain muscle, until then just enjoy simple eating and lifting.

You remind me so much of vdk, always had his head in a book or on a webpage preaching info around the boards, and sure, he was correct a lot of the time, but theyre pro workouts and pro diets, of people with different metabolic nature, there mere fact they have a vastly huger muscle mass already makes there diet not for you.

Muscle mass changes so many biochemical properties you wouldnt even find it funny, not to mention fat burning abilities.

Just eat and lift david, i seriously hope you one day throw them calipers away and monster it, and im not gonna lie, you probably will gain fat to 14-16% bodyfat, but youll have a nice 15-20lbs muscle gain too.

Really? lol...can u remind me of any? i don't remember suggesting any pro workouts, or maybe i did but in the earlier stages..

Anyway since the time i stopped posting alot to now, I've regained back all my previous weight (11lbs). However my condition has just acted up now, and I'm going to the toilet like 6+ times now. Well, hopefully when I goes back to normal, and I gain more weight, I'll post my pictures up on my journal. :)

RE: Whats your last meal of the day? (David1991)

well my bulk starts next week and i'll be doing NROL. i plan to go for about 15 weeks (h-1 for 8, week off, h-2 for 6) and see how it goes. Im not going to use the calipers except between each different routine (so before H-1 and after, etc..) because thats what i did before when i did my best bulking. i actually didnt have calipers then, i went by waist measurements. hopefully it goes well...i've been in a rut for the last few months. I'm gonna be starting a bulk at 13% bodyfat though so im not happy about that.
