(RedJeep)

I would use creatine on a cut as well. I use mono all day and dont get bloated in my stomach, only makes me look bigger where I want it.
RE: Creatine Bulking only? (Carrhart)

wow very impressive. I hope I don't bloat, if I see signs of bloating i will most likely stop taking it but it doesnt hurt to give it a try because I feel like it could be essential for my lifting and some gains. Thanks for the input Steve and everyone else.

Steve...I'll likely get that Vitamin shoppe type creatine, any suggestion on loading phase? And how you take it? The directions to explain there to be any loading phase. What is your advice, feel free to PM me if you want. Thanks
RE: Creatine Bulking only? (Carrhart)

ORIGINAL: ScubaSteve31

I usually use just plain creatine mono either from ON or the Vitamin shoppe brand....I always did 5g pre workout and 5g post workout

Alright thanks. I am really contimplating using creatine or not, since it is summer I am afraid of that bloated bubbly muscle look. However, if that is you in your avatar and thats when you are on creatine than I guess you are using it correctly and it doesnt necessarily give you that bloated look at all.
RE: Creatine Bulking only? (Carrhart)

Well I've used creatine twice..Once Kre-Alkalyn and it didn't work, the next time I used a Pre-Load Monohydrate creatine and that didn't do much either..

Is there that big of a difference between Monohydrate and Micronized Monohydrate creatine? The both times ive used creatine I haven't seen great results, am I maybe just one of those people that don't respond to creatine? Or does creatine work for everyone and I was just not using it correctly?
RE: Creatine Bulking only? (_SpEeD_KiLLs_)

I would say get some micronized monohydrate creatine. You won't be covered in a layer of water. It helps a lot with muscle growing and you will probably see some nice results with it. It has been proven that it works.

RE: Creatine Bulking only? (RollingStone)

ive just switched from mono to kre-alkalyn about a week ago, to try and get rid of some bloat. Havn't been taking it long enough to tell you what i think of it.

RE: Creatine Bulking only? (Carrhart)

BTW, RollinStone and Scuba do you guys currently use Creatine? If so which ones, you guys are pretty big...I see no water retention at all.

RE: Creatine Bulking only? (Carrhart)

RollingStone, I have tried Kre-Alkalyn and it didn't do anything for me.

If I get a creatine for the summer it will be a mono micronized one. However, I am afraid of the major water retention making my pecs look more moobish then solid. Currently my pecs got a little fat on them but are looking more solid then ever and I don't want the water retention in creatine to screw that up.

But I am considering using some micro mono.
RE: Creatine Bulking only? (RollingStone)

Yes, creatine on a cut is good.

Use Kre-alkalyn or something that wont give you the water retention.
RE: Creatine Bulking only? (MaverickKeepsitReal)

Yeah, creatine is good to take when cutting because it helps maintain the your muscle mass. Also, it promotes the oxidization of fat during workouts. Also, it will help with maintaining your endurance when you run a lot while cutting, so yes, use it when cutting.

RE: Creatine Bulking only? (ScubaSteve31)

I agree to continue using creatine while cutting...it may help reduce muscle loss, and creatine aids in gaing lean mass and we all know the more lean mass you have, the more fat you can burn

RE: Creatine Bulking only? (ranger20)

i would continue using creatine while cutting. it will help you keep more muscle during your cut. if you are worried about having extra water weight, dont, it will go away in a week or so after you quit using creatine.

RE: Creatine Bulking only?
