I'm about 161 and she 181, and I've gotten smaller.

-Somethings wrong here...

(Do what Wyrms said for advice)

-If a fat burner is being researched, I reccomend Nutrex Lipo6. This is my second cycle with it, and it works well. Next in line would be Bio-Test Hot Rox.
RE: Sister needs help (Wyrms)

HIIT, I questioned it for a long time. But hell, I've put my own body forward as a guinea pig.
For 8 weeks I tried progressive cardio a few times per week alongside my diet.
3 weeks into another part of my cutting while implementing HIIT, I've already achieved more fat loss! And what I've noticed is, it's easier too, and time efficient.

I highly recommend HIIT.

And not to forget, less carbs around the end of the day.
Also, tell her to eat her veges.
RE: Sister needs help (ss396)

500 calories below her matinence level , do not starve yourself
try to eat moderate carbs , stay away from pops and sugar rich foods .
try a HIIT training method , i read an article stating it burns fat 9 times faster then traditional cardio..
and lift alittle weight to tone up.... a month its much time . so dont expect a miracle.. and do go chowin down fat burners.

Sister needs help (crunch)

My sister (18) has recently come back after a month away and added on a tad bit of weight, she is roughly 5'7, 161 pounds very sporty and very socailble she is looking for a weight loss supplement as she is going away on a sun holiday in a month and wants soemthing extra, diet is fine aswell as excersise any ideas?
Finds it hard to stick to low-cal diets as pasta and bread.....
